plumbing noise

when i run water any where in the house the water noise is loud,like too much water pressure,anyway to quiet noise level when water is running.

Does this happen anytime you run water, or does it happen sometimes, but not others?

It could be your water pressure, if the noise bothers you that much you can get a pressure testing gauge and test the pressure at your outside spigot, I believe it should be no more than 80 PSI. When you do the testing be sure it is done at times of the day when your neighbors aren't using the water that much. Like late at night or real early in the Morning

is there a way to reduce water pressure in side of house. thanks

If it is over 80# then install a pressure reducing valve. (PRV)
