Pantry directly on top of dishwasher?

Can anyone please advise if there is a problem with putting full-depth cabinets (for a pantry) directly on top of a dishwasher, rather than having the usual countertop over the dishwasher?
I am more concerned with potential problems of storing dry foods including flour etc.directly on top of a heated, humid appliance rather than any concern over losing counterspace.
The dishwasher would also be surrounded both sides by full-depth, full-height storage (sink is 2 feet kitty-corner from dishwasher so that's also not a concern).
Thanks for any input.

Installing DW's like wall ovens is becoming more common, also to raise them off the floor. The main problem is the steam and the upper doors.

Thanks HoustonRemodeler, that's exactly the info I needed.... will rethink my idea and probably go with conventional placement of dishwasher.
