During a break in the repainting of a room we put two Zinsser-covered rollers into the spare refrigerator. They were wrapped only in a plastic grocery sack, so needless to say, the aroma of Zinsser permeated EVERYTHING in the frig. We've taken it all out; scrubbed it down with vinegar and baking soda; put bowls of baking soda in the freezer and refrigerator portions with the doors open and with them closed; and now have the doors open WITH the bowls in the boxes WITH a fan blowing into the boxes, to no avail. When we close the doors for even a few minutes, the smell seems almost as strong as before. We've been working on it for two days. Have we ruined this appliance, or is there hope? HELP!
