Outside wall pulling away from roof

My house is about 100 years old. The outside wall is pulling away from the roof creating a large gap between the upstairs ceiling and roof. The separation began in the center of the outside wall and is gradually spreading along the entire legnth of the house. Is there anything feasible that can be done?

If you are talking about the wall pulling away outward, chances are that the sill is rotted and will need to be replaced. Better sooner than later.
