Outdoor sump

I have a septic system that consists of a 1250 gal. septic tank, 500 gal. water (hoding)tank with a sump pump in it, and a sand filter that drains through a 4" pvc pipe into a ditch. The pump has to push water 10 feet up before it turns 90 degrees and dumps into the sand filter. There also appears to be a drain tile that drains into the 500 gal. water tank, I can here water running into the water tank whenever it is wet outside. If this pump fails to operate, water can back up into my house. A battery backup sump pump is not an option due to location so I am looking for ideas to run this outdoor pump if the electricity fails.
