Odd noise and weird water flow with toilet

Every now and then when the toilet in my half bath is flushed there is an odd noise, kind of squealing, is made but the noise isn't constant but stops and starts over and over. When I looked in the tank the water refilling was coming in spurts and not a steady flow.

My other bathroom doesn't have this issue.

Thanks.

Make sure the toilet supply valve is fully open, less 1/4 turn.

There could be debris in the line that is causing the erratic flow, is the toilet the only location of the noise and reduced flow or are you noticing it elsewhere in the house?

This is the only location I am noticing it. Would the debris also be causing the noise?

How would I go about cleaning out the pipes for that run?

Can you tell this is my first place haha

Turn off toilet supply
Disconnect supply line at toilet tank and insert into bucket
Carefully turn on supply valve to blow out debris
Turn off supply when satisfied with results
Reattach to toilet tank
Turn on supply to full, minus 1/4 turn

Chances are you need to replace the flush valve & flapper. Any hardware store sells them. About $10-%15.
The flapper is probably slowly leaking out water and the flush valve is squealing when it opens slightly as the water level drops.
Try a flush valve without the old ball & arm. The newer ones have a float that rides up & down around the valve assembly.
