Noise following pressure control valve installation

I just had a new pressure control valve installed about two weeks ago. Now I am noticing a "singing" noise whenever the water is on, somewhat similar to blowing across the top of a bottle, only louder. What could be causing this and will it go away eventually?

You may have to adjust the valve open a little bit, also check and make sure that the pipe got secured

You also may want to verify that it wasn't installed backwards. There is an arrow on the brass casing.
