New steam radiators?

I've been able to find only one manufacturer of new steam radiators - "Steam Radiators" in Ward Hill, MA.

Does anybody know of any others?

Thanks.

Re: New steam radiators?

i just replaced a radiator with a sunrad. Go to a plumbing supply house and they will show options. The cost of the unit in the store was less than online after shipping.

Here is the radiator I speak of: http://www.burnham.com/radiant_radiators.htm

I believe Sunrad is trade name. Just look for recessed radiant steam cast iron radiator. This radiator really holds the heat and it recesses in the wall for a less bulky look.

Re: New steam radiators?

I was told on Old radiators to repaint them with light colored paint so that they can give off more heat. Any truth to this?
