new floor remove vanity?

I plan on laying down a new tile floor around the vanity with sink. I don't have to remove it to lay the tile do I?

No, you do not have to remove the vanity to lay the floor, you should pull the toilet, however.

You don't have to, but if you are even thinking about replacing the vanity in the near future, possibly with a pedestal sink or vanity with a different foot print, it would be easier if you do the floor under it now.
