New copper pipes vibrate after faucet is turned off at every faucet

A plumber replaced our plastic piping with copper. Every time we turn a faucet on or off there is a vibrating sound. I checked all the pipes in the attic and secured any loose ones. Still the sound. I did notice that the small junctions in the pipe runs hang down. Shouldn't the air release or whatever it is called be facing up? Would that be the cause of the sound?

You checked the pipes in the attic and they seem to be secured, as you said.

What about the pipes inside the walls? If you have a couple of untied pipes, they may be the cause of the vibrations. The same applies to the faucet bodies.
