Need some help

Hi Im going to be installing a new floor 5/8" thick, over an existing floor in my mobile home and I dont know how to or what to do with the plumbing part that attaches the toilet to the floor is there an adaptor that corrcts the connection hight so the toilet drains corrctly?:confused:

you can get a fitting to raise the flange ,you say its a mobile home so there should be a little bit of play or even you could cut the drain under the mobile and replace the fange and the 3" pipe using a coupling and some glue and cleaner
