Need help with kitchen, wall is round.
Paul

A contractor I hired installed granite countertops and a granite backsplash in 1908 house, as a result of the wall being slightly rounded, there is a significant gap between the granite backsplash and the wall.

The contractor wants to just squirt a bunch of caulk into the gap, which I disagree with due the size of the gap. I am looking for suggestions to correct this huge gap, thank you!

How large, exactly, is the gap?
