Need help identifying old kitchen flooring

Hello,

I am trying to identify flooring in the kitchen of a building built in 1949. I do not think the flooring is original, but I want to determine if it is historic. I am attaching a photo and hope that if anyone is an historic pattern expert on vinyl or linoleum flooring, they may be able to help me!

Thanks,

Grace

It's vinyl flooring from a period when shag rugs, olive green, and burnt orange was the style. It didn't last very long because it was so hideous.

LOL! I think Jack is spot on. Will add that I had the burnt orange shag carpet on the head liner and floor of my "56" International Pick-Up-Truck............ Had an eight track player and CB radio as well. :D:D

Did you have one of those cute little shag rakes?:D And let us no forget the ever popular Harvest Gold appliances.
