Manabloc vs Copper Manifold(s) with home run PEX
Dean

I am replacing 70 yr old galv pipe in a 1 Ba rental with a homerun PEX system.

Any informed opinions/experiences with Manabloc vs Souix Chief copper manifolds?

Cost will be comparable. The Pros with copper looks like the simple crimp only connections at manifold. The Manabloc is "cool" and simple to mount and the crimps can be made away from the manifold.

P.S.  Naturally the copper got all 5 Star reviews. (Copper is copper.)

1 negative review for Manabloc was on one bought from Amazon.com (Not my first choice for plubing supplies.) at a higher cost apparently that was used/broken/defective. He repaired it easily by replacing a broken O-ring. Of course he had no water pending the repair.
