Loose Tile

Thanks for the reply, the sub floor is 3/4" tongue and groove particle board with 1/2" dura rock backing board. The area in question is 4" from an outside wall , the joist's are 2x12and the center beam is 4x 10 osb{1" ply wood laminated all together. the floor does not appear to have any bounce. The thin set was a mortar mix that was mixed following directions of package. And after letting the tile set with no traffic for 24 hours I applied the grout following the directions on the bag (which was a poly mix)this was also let to set for 24 hours with no traffic. The one thing I did not do was wet the ccb tile backing before applying the thinset. I had to chisel the thinset off the ccb (which was quite a job)it stuck to that but not the tile (the tile came up fairly easy) Thanks again and look forward to hearing from you!
