Looking for a wooden bulkhead door plan or where to purchase one

I have a 230 year old center chimney colonial in NH. I want to replace my bulkhead door but metal or plastic just not right for the house. I am looking for plans for a wooden bulkhead door, or worst case somewhere I can buy a wooden Bulkhead door. I have been searching and searching no luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If you've already got a set, just copy them. If the artists rendering in the link that Jack posted is any indication, these are not much more than a typical gate that you'd build for a wooden fence.

One minor thing in the artists rendering is that the cross brace in the door is going in the wrong direction. Cross braces only work under compression, not tension and that drawing show it under tension. Swapping it in the other corner to corner direction will put it under compression and keep the door square for a good long time. If using plywood for the finished surface, then a cross brace is a moot point.
