Lingering odor after painting knotty pine walls

We just bought a house that has knotty pine walls in the den and we had them painted.  Zinsser oil-based cover stain was used as the primer and (at least) 2 coats of Behr Ultra Premium plus paint was used to finish.  It has been a couple of weeks and there is a lingering odor in the room.   I have aired out the room a few times and the odor still lingers even a couple of weeks after painting has been completed.  The smell seemed to go away when I left the windows open for a few hours the other day and I thought the smell was gone, but after closing the doors/windows again and coming back hours later at the end of the day... the smell is there again.  I am not sure if it is the paint or primer, but it is a smell that definitely wasn't there before the primer and paint were used.  I am scheduled to move in next week and don't want my family and 2 year old daughter living in a house with a horrible odor.... I am hoping someone can help find out the source of the smell and what to do.  We live in New England.

I suspect it is 1.) either a lingering odor from the primer or 2.) the knotty pine soaked up a ton of paint and maybe it isn't totally dry inside of the wood (so it still smells)?  This is a real head scratcher for me.  Any help is appreciated.
