level floors

I have a 200 year old house.Working on a room with a very unevan floor. Pitch is 1 1/2 inch front to back over 11 feet. Room width is 20 feet. At the side walls it seems ok, but I have a pond along one wall. 2 1/2 inch dip over 4 feet. Carpet removed. linolium tile over plywood. Was going to remove the sub floor , sister the beams. reinstall sub floor and install hardwood. Big job. Is there anything I can pour over the linolium to level this floor?

Re: level floors

2½" dip in 4 Ft. is rather substantial. I would go ahead and do the tear out to find out what the under lying cause is rather than use leveler and have it sink more.
