Leaking water thru geothermal pipe sleeves

I had a closed loop geothermal system installed 2 years ago and there is water leaking in basement thru the sleeves that my geothermal pipes enter basement below grade. Is there something someone knows that I can seal between the the pvc sleeve and the HDPE loop pipe to stop water from coming out of sleeve pipe.

For gaps like these you can use any of the following, depending on your particular need:

1. epoxy sealant. 2. hydraulic cement. 3. caulk and foam sealant.

They all require good prep, cleaning around the opening and the area must be dry.
