Just Like Home

I own a Dutch Colonial Revival home that was built in 1932. Many of these homes were early "pre-cut" homes that were delivered ready to assemble. There were several large companies that built these homes including Sears. The home I own was from Aladdin Homes of Bay City, Michigan. I know the Aladdin Homes date back to the time of the Newton Centre home's construction so I will be watching with particular interest to see if they explore the home's history. I am also interested in an addition to my home and want to see how they blend the old and new.

Re: Just Like Home

This home in Newton Center is being coated with a product called Rhinosheild. At least that is what the homeowner stated to me. It is great stuff and I have had it on my home for 6years without an issue. I did not believe the salesman who said it had a lifetime warranty. I said, "Yeah, sure it does." I was wrong he was correct. I can't wait to see this project completed.
