Interior door with wall not plumb by 3/4 inch

I have removed an old mahognay hollow core door and replaced it with a new solid core prehung door.
I took great care to install the door plumb and level. The door works great, free movement, with a little nudge the door will swing closed and latched and also opens freely.

The problem now is the housr was built in 1970 and the wall is not plumb at this location, it is bowed and out of plumb by 3/4 of an inch at the top.

My question is how to trim it to install header and casing very similar to what you did with poplar in an episode aired on pbs the week of May 16th , here in the northwest
