Insulating in Brick home

I am insulating (with fibreglass) an unfinished area of my 1832 brick home. The exterior walls are three row of bricks deep. The walls are framed with 2X4's. Apart for vapor barriers, insulation and true vent, is there anything else I should do? I appreciate your input.

Coat your arms and hands and any exposed skin with talcum powder, wear long sleeved shirt, gloves, facemask and safety goggles.
