Insulating basement exterior walls with foam board - anchor spacing
Rich

Hello,

I watched https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oKQdo88Ne74 video about how to insulate basement walls.  In my area, they require 3" or R15, so I can't use the 4" anchors that they show on this video.  I am looking for a decent price on 5" - but that isn't my question.

My question is - what is the correct spacing for the anchors?  From what I can see, they are about 2' apart - but I can't quite see it on the video, and they didn't specify.

Any thoughts?  The wife is worried about those spring anchors pulling out.  I like them bc of the speed of installation.

thanks!
