Installing a new dishwasher water line?

I am having a problem connecting the water line on my new dishwasher on a 11 year old mobile home with the original dishwasher hook ups. The installation kits connector does not fit on the existing water connector and the old line does not fit on the new dishwasher. Is there a way to work around this without replacing all of the old lines?

Are you saying the water line is to big? If so they make a reducing coupling for that purpose.

Thanks for your reply

Yes it appears bigger then the new adapter. What coupling would I need?

Go to a plumbing supply store and ask for a reducer coupling. For example: a reducer from 1/2 to 3/8 or from 3/4 to 1/2, and so on.

Yes go to your local plumbing supply store and get a coupling.
