installing bathroom vent

When I install a ceiling fan in my bathroom, which never had one. I have no room in the attic to move around. The outside wall is stucco and there are no vents leading out. The garage is on the other side of the wall, so venting into the garage is the least complex way. What do you recommend? I do not want to go through the roof.

Re: installing bathroom vent

If possible, not only do you not want to void your homeowners/hazard insurance, you also want to avoid violating building codes. I'd suggest you talk to a dealer/installer that specializes in exhaust fans/vents in your vicinity. Most likely they will be knowledgeable about building regulations in your area.
