I've been following the Brooklyn house as I can. I'm interested in the dimensions of the house and property. The floor plans listed here are non-dimensioned. In particular what are the property width and lenght. The max interior witdh. The house length. The ceiling height on each floor.
I own a rowhouse in Baltimore, and one of the things I looked for when buying was a minimum of 18ft width. I quickly realized that even one extra foot of width dramatically increases the living space and ability to configure that space in multiple ways. Some of the 'brownstones' in NYC, and here in Bmore, are very wide at 26' or more which make for quite dramatic spaces. While many smaller rowhouses may only be 12' wide which makes me feel quite cramped, and tends to give the feeling of being in a long hall if the room is open along the length of the house.
Anyone know these dimensions? Maybe for a similar house from one of the neighbors?
