Hiding undercounter lights and wiring

I just remodeled my kitchen/dining room and installed undercounter lights that can be seen when sitting at the dining room table. I did not think about this when I included them in my design. They are LED strip lights (see attached photo) and are not attractive. Any suggestions on how to conceal them and the electricity running to them?

I installed acrylic panels with double-sided tape and it looked very nice, but, due to gravity, they had all come down within 2 weeks.
