Help with Kitchen / Powder room Design

I recently purchased an older (1940's) house. There's no powder room on the main floor, so I had hoped to add one at the same time as I am redoing the kitchen.

I am a bit concerned with my current plans (see attached), b/c the new powder room is designed to open with a view to the diningroom.

I don't know where else I can put it on the main floor, but thought someone here might have an idea? Anyone wanna help me? PLEASE!

You'll see my kitchen plans call for breaking down the wall b/w the kitchen and the dining room and adding an island between the two, but providing for a 5 foot opening so as not to cramp the space up b/c of the new powder room. Also, by having the 5 foot opening it makes the island aligned with the end of the bathroom, which I thought might make it seem more separate from the kitchen as a result.

Anyone with any ideas??
