Hard Water
thess

I just recently purchased a home and have found evidence of "hard water" such as water stains in the toilet bowl and shower tub. The biggest evidence of course being the feel of a hot shower compared to one using a water softener. There are many articles about installing a water softener system but my question is about the merit of "magnetizing" products such as system sold by Sophtec. Do these products work or is it simply too good to be true? Thanks!

Only a water softening system seems to give consistent good results for just about everyone. You can try the alternatives without harming anything except possibly your budget if they don't work.

IMHO, if something is a sure fix the manufacturer will likely offer a 100% money back guarantee so long as everything was done properly and the problem falls withing the scope of the offered 'cure'. I always look for that in anything new I am considering because if they don't fully believe in their product, why should I?
