Grease build-up in sewage tank

We have a grinder pump in a tank outside that pumps waste water out to the street. In the past 3 months we have had to have the tank dug up and serviced twice due to grease build-up on the floats in the tank. The last time this happened the pump company recommended not using the disposal so we did that and made sure we cleaned everything as well as possible before using the sink or dishwasher and we are still having the problem. We don't cook with grease, but use a fair amount of olive oil and are diligent in making sure as little as possible goes down the drain. The pump company had no recommendations this time except to not use grease. Is there a product that we can safely use to keep this problem under control? We can't afford the $600.00 plus charge every few months to dig up and service the tank.
