GFCI switched Outlet & Protect against condensation

Question 1:

How would I go about installing an outlet in my eave that a heater for de-icing will be plugged into? I want to have it switched and GFCI protected. I also want a pilot light with the switch so I know when it is on or off. The heater is 600 watts.

Question 2:

Im worried about condensation forming on some EMT that is installed in attic space over a vaulted ceiling. Is there something I can put onto these pipes to prevent this?
