frozen condensation below flat roof leaking into condo unit

I live on the top floor of 4 flat, & for the last 2 winters we have had leaking in kitchen area where stove is when thaw begins after its been freezing temp.s. We opened up ceiling drywall
and can see frost on stove vent pipe and on roofing plywood, nail heads and so on. We wrapped stove pipe but still had frost on wood & bottom of pipe. We have been told numerous things from different people:
1 more insulation and wrap all pipes exiting roof above our ceiling 2 the flat roof needs vents 3 too much humidity in our unit.
Our exhaust fan in bathroom also leaks upon thaw after a freeze.
Any suggustions on what kind of expert we can call to actually get to bottom of these leaks and
properly fixed.

Thank you for any help
