Frost-free outdoor hose bibbs can be purchased at any hardware or home center.

Outdoor hose bibbs should be equipped with antisiphon devices. This prevents backflow of water into the potable water system.

I recommend "Arrowhead" 480-series hose bibbs. The antisiphon device on Arrowhead 480 hose bibbs will allow water to drain from the hose bibb without disconnecting the hose, providing the pressure in the hose is first released by opening the nozzle.

I don't think you understand, because of check several places such Home Depot,Menards to name a few. Richard installed this frostfree but it had no faucet.

can't say I'd want one, but at least when the the hose is disconnected nothing can freeze and break. Similar hose end fittings are made if you don't want to be screwing the hose on and off. In non freezing weather I just leave the hose screwed on and on one faucet that is used for filling watering cans I have a splitter at the faucet.

No proprietary anything ever is my rule. What little you gain is all lost if the company discontinues the product, goes broke, gets sued out of existence etc. Use a standard frost-proof faucet and you can't have these kinds of problems ;)

This gizmo is widely used by gardeners and landscapers, but it's less than perfect. It leaks a lot. An old fashion frost free bib, installed correctly, will give you a much more dependable service.
