flashing on flat roof

I have a flat roof. How to repair
flashing around a flat roof that has seams and is allowing water to drip on bricks. Should this be a concern.

Seal it with some tar.

I don't have a clear image of what the issue is. Can you post a picture.

I received this picture. I am guessing it goes with this thread.

Were this photos taken after a rainstorm? Did the water dry out later?

The flashing is most likely drip edge and in a rain storm some water will wet the walls.

Yes the pictures were taken after rainstorm and it does dry out but there is a stain there and more water marks are coming up where there wasn't before or they are getting larger. How to fix the problem. Is there an easy fix?
Thanks

Re: flashing on flat roof

If your flashing is indeed drip edge (with bent edge for water deflection) try bending it a tiny more above the wet spots, to create more deflection.

And if your flashing is not bent, add a drip edge.

Lightly use tar/sealant where pieces of flashings meet and overlap, but don't make it so visible. Then paint it when dry.
