Filler strip between range and counter

There is a small gap between our new free standing range and the adjoining counter top. The only type of strip we can find to cover the space is much too wide. Are there products that can be used to smoothly finish this space? Something not more than and inch wide would be preferable.

Howdy, are you trying to fill the gap between stove and counter top or stove to cabinet? What type of counter top?

We need to cover a small space between the stove and a Formica counter top. Maybe something like a T shaped filler strip. The stove and counter top are flush with each other.

There is a filler strip made for this specific purpose. You should be able to find them in the appliance/parts section of your local big box. Also, any appliance dealer or appliance parts dealer should have them.
