This is the basic costs of materials for an economy cedar fence with PT framing.

Not included in the estimate:
- additional hardware
- tools, other fasteners
- upgraded materials
- post crown, lattice, etc.
- removal and disposal of old fence
- delivery

Well it's all moot now as the Spouse has decided to spring for a whatever rebuild or redo is needed done by a pro. Hopefully it will not be too pricey and the neighbors will come through on some of the cost of the tree removal. Thanks for all the help.
