Existing Electrical Box - for Fan Fixture Box

My single story ranch home was constructed ~1998. In a bedroom I have scissor trusses with a vaulted ceiling/hanging light. I'm interested in updating the ceiling light with a ceiling fan, but am unsure how to verify if I have an appropriately supported fan fixture box or just a standard electrical box. Due to situation described below I would prefer if I could identify the box from the finished space below.

The box is in a scissor bay under 12+inches of insulation. To get to the space above the bedroom would require a fun romp ~60-70 feet through blow in insulation. This access limitation would require disturbing a decent length (~70 ft) of blow in insulation + locating the box + needing to replace blow in insulation after installing an appropriate fan fixture box.

Appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks

Brian
