First of all we live in Missouri and climate is normal as normal can be for the midwest. The house is a 16 year old ranch style with a full basement (unfinished) and a two car garage. Since we built the house has always had excess moisture in the house. I had contacted lots of people and was told new houses have this. I call B.S. after a year and started looking for reasons for the moisture. I still haven't found the source. During the winters there is a lot of condensation on the windows (inside) and it has taken its toll on the wood frames. We have exhaust fans going during and after showering, dryer vented outside properly and still too much moisture. Any solutions as to what the problem may be would be welcomed.
