Ductless AC/Heater Unit Electrical Problem

A few years ago, 2011, I had my sun room refinished and had a Turbo Air #tas-09eh ductless ac/heater installed.
This winter after using it regularly, one day when it was turned on there was no power. At the electrical box the breaker was off so I turned it on. After a few seconds, it popped off again. Since it was an electrical problem, I called an electrician. When he came out, he found that the problem was within the ac/heater unit, but he was not qualified to work on that.

I cannot find a qualified person in my area to work on this. The guy who installed it originally is no longer working with that company. I've also contacted Turbo Air and the closest person they could give me is about 250 miles away.

I'm in Central NJ. Any advice out there?

Much appreciated.

Is it still under warranty?

Re: Ductless AC/Heater Unit Electrical Problem

When I spoke to the company, they told me it was not under warranty, but according to my paperwork, the compressor only should still be under warranty. So, I still need a diagnosis before I can consider whether it's under warranty.
