drill adapter to square drive

Tom was showing a tool that is an adapter that goes over a drill bit and adapts to a square bit driver. Does anyone know where I can get one.

Big Walt is incorrect. Tom was not using a square bit addapter.
How would it work? The drill chuck had a drill bit inserted
and the attachment went over the bit. There was no Square bit
driver involved. The item Tom was using was anodized red or a similar color. It was also cone shaped! Please advise with the correct information. Thank you Jim L:)

FYI..I have not see what tool Tom is using.

I was only going by what the OP said. "adapts to a square bit driver".

Re: drill adapter to square drive

I am looking for the same tool that Tom was using on "Ask This Old House" that aired on 10 November 2007. Tom was using a cordless drill with the bit in an adapter and after he was finished drilling the pilot hole, he placed an attatchment over the drill bit and was able to drive a square drive decking screw...hope that description helps.

It was used in episode #606 of Ask This Old House where Tom was replacing some indoor mouldings...

Here's another type that is similar idea.

Has a drill bit for the pilot hole and a countersink cutter if needed..... just disconnect ..... flip it over ..... re-connect and you have the screw driver bit.

Pictured with the square ( actually known as Robertson) bit.
