Condensing boiler vs conventional boiler/best brand

Hi I am building a 6500 soft living space house in Northern NJ. I have radiant heat on the first floor (staple up) and hydronic coil heating in remainder of the house. I am at the stage I need to choose a boiler and having a difficult time. I was going to purchase system 2000 EK-2 but the price was a little high. My plumber is telling me to buy utica but my neighbors that have it the new community are against as they had numerous calls. In addition, I am worried about the condesning units since this house is so large, my reading suggest I will not got the same benefits or the really AFUE. Also, the warranty is limited since you must have the unit serviced every year to continue the warranty. What are you opinions?
Should I buy the EK-2 or any products from system 2000 or get a condensing unit? What brand do you recommend for conventional and condensing boiler.

Thank you
