Condensation Pump - Connecting Safety Switch

We just bought a new condensation pump that we would like to connect the safety switch to the pump to allow the pump to shut off the a/c and furnace if it gets too full. The problem is we don't know which wires to connect to the COM and RUN wires that come off of the condensation pump. There are 4 colors of wires coming from the furnace and a/c (2 blue, 2 red, 2 green, and 2 white), 1 of each of the colors comes from the a/c and 1 of each of the colors comes from the furnace and each color is combined and topped with a wire nut (for example, the blue from the furnace and blue from the a/c are connected, the red from the furnace and red from the a/c are connected, etc). The brand of condensation pump we bought is the Utilitech Pro 0.33-HP Thermoplastic Condensate Pump. Thank you!
