Condensate freezing outside

I have a new condo with PVC vented exhaust from the water heater and furnace. The exhaust is at the lever between the first and second floors and the condensate drips to the ground level on a brick patio and freezes. Any suggestions on how to diverit the condensate before it freezed? ( photo attached )
Thanks in advance for any comments

Re: Condensate freezing outside

The condensate can be piped away to a better location, but it may require a 'vacuum break' in the system (I'm not certain if it can make a direct connection and still exhaust properly). BTW for photos, post them on a photo sharing site and give us a link. Direct photo posting here had been disabled.
