About 10 years ago, I had a concrete leveler out to jack up a slab on a jalousied porch. That worked well. Now, the concrete is again sagging. My question is if the same concrete slab can be leveled a second time?
I don't see why not, though I'd be more concerned about why the slab is radically moving over how level it was at this point.
- Was the ground properly prepped before the installation of the original concrete?
- Is water runoff allowed to sit around the slab?
- Is water runoff directed towards the slab?
- Is the slab being undermined in some manner by a broken drain line or water supply (including house supply, sprinkler lines, etc )?
