I was hoping you could help me out. "Somewhere" I saw an article on considerations to be made when deciding on whether or not to install a commercial range into a residential kitchen. Unfortunately, I cannot find it. Does anyone remember the article, and know where to find it? I've done online searches, but don't seem to be having much luck.
I thought the article was in the past two years, and I thought it was in TOH magazine. (I know, not much help.) :o
Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
