Cleaning out old water lines

A few years ago I heard of a device that will clean out old iron pipes and coat the inside with a Teflon type of substance. I am now in need, but can not remember the name of the tool or procedure. Does anyone know the name of the device/procedure?

Re: Cleaning out old water lines

This pipe re-liner is used for primarly sewer lines 4" or larger.

Also, check out this articale in Plumbing & Mechanical magazine http://www.pmmag.com/Articles/Cover_Story/5c46f6d1030d7010VgnVCM100000f932a8c0____

Perma-Liner and MaxLiner are both methods used.
