Chair Stripping

I read your article in the most recent TOH issue about stripping those tough to redo old chairs. One way of getting into those hard to clean crevices and intricate carvings is by using saw dust.
I collect all the saw dust from my wood working projects and after letting the srtipper penetrate, I grab a handful with my rubber gloves on and use it in a "sanding" motion on the wood. This works extremely well and I don't have to worry about knicking up the wood with any kind of a tool.
This saves money and clean up is much easier!
