I was watching Richard on Ask This Old House demonstrate about various faucet valves and HE SAID that these CERAMIC STEM faucets last a long time and actually GET BETTER with use. Well I have Central Brass faucets with the ceramic stems and they don't last. Many other manufacturers give LIFETIME warranties. Central Brass of Cleveland gives buyers ONLY a ONE YEAR warranty. I just got an email stating this!
So which is a good brand? I am tired spending good money on parts for these Central Brass faucets.
I even made a blog about them.
I know Kohler, Delta, American Standard, and most of the faucets you see at the big home centers are warranted for life. (the original owners and it has to be a residential install)
Any suggestions would be AWESOME!
And stop by my blog if you want to post anything too!:)
