I have a doublewide trailer with old caulk located at the base of the siding and connecting to the concrete.
It is old and is splitting.
1) is there an attachment to a rotary Dremel I can use to remove old caulk.
2) I was just about to use a silicone caulk as the new caulk but I've heard that mildew will eventually form below the
caulk. I'm wondering if that will cause the siding to form dryrot?
