Black water from tub faucet

When we run water to fill the bathtub, black water comes out of the faucet.  It doesn't always appear black, but it will come out black for at least 30 seconds before the tub will fill for a bath.  This is the only faucet in the house that does this, including the shower that is on the other side of the wall from the tub, which also uses the same plumbing.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  Should I replace the Delta faucets?  Do I need to replace the plumbing from where it separates from the shower?  What would cause this black water to only appear in my tub?

I think you need to replace the plumbing from where it separates from the shower. I think you can find solutions to this replacement.

Better you can just consult an opinion of a plumber that will be good.
